PVC wave tile extrusion line

The production line consists of SJW series PVC Wave tile extruders and extrusion press made by our factory can produce PVC wave tile continuously.

1) Extruder: conical twin-screw extruder, according to different requirements from customer, we can product PVC wave tiles.

2) Haul-off unit: it is of simple two-roller take-up design, clearance can be freely adjusted, it adopts frequency conversion speed control, which ensures various extrusion speed and stable running.

3) Cutting unit: feasible cutting style, the super alloy steel blade ensures quick and smooth cutting.

4) Control system: variety of control system available for different customers requirement, such as PLC control.
