Description of stone crushing production line

Stone  production line can be used for hard limestone, granite, basalt, gravel and aggregate of other materials, and artificial sand operation, it is also suitable for water and electricity, building materials, highway, city construction and other industry applications.It is also important for the production and processing of highway pavement material, high grade pavement macadam, high-speed railway passenger dedicated line aggregate, aggregate of hydropower station,  crushed stone of port and airport runway and other special field.

 

 

Main equipment of stone production line:
Stone production line is mainly composed of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, concentrated electronic control and other equipments. In order to meet different processing needs of various customers,it can be equipped with cone crusher, dust removal equipment and so on.

 

Working principle of  stone production line:
Large stone via bin is evenly given into the jaw crusher for crushing by vibration feeder, coarse crushed stone is lift to counterattack crusher for further crushing by the belt conveyor; the stone finely crushed by a belt conveyor is transported to the vibration sieve for sieving, sieving out stones of different specifications, the stone that meets the size requirements is lifted to the finished material pile by the finished belt conveyor; Stones do not meet the size requirements returns to the counterattack crusher to be crushed again by a belt conveyor , forming a closed cycling. Finished product granularity can be combined and classified according to users' demands,it can be equipped with auxiliary dust removing device to protect environment.

 

 

Advantages and Characteristics of  stone production line:
(1)Stone production line has a high degree of automation, the entire production line except boot downtime and maintenance, the process is quite simple, it almost does not need manual operation

 

(2) It also has high production efficiency, low operation cost, high yield, high profits, uniform finished stone particle size as well as good grain shape,the stones it produces are in line with national high speed material requirements.

(4) Henan Kefan solves fatal problems that particle shape of finished aggregate produced by the traditional equipment and technology is unqualified, at the same time it overcomes the high production cost for processing hard rock of traditional technology and equipment causing by the serious wear.In addition, the production line,according to different size requirements on aggregate in different construction periods, flexibly adjusts the size of finished aggregate, produces marketable products, it is multi-purpose,which greatly reduces the project investment.
