Description of stone crushing production line

Main equipment of stone production line:
Stone production line is mainly composed of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, concentrated electronic control and other equipments. In order to meet different processing needs of various customers,it can be equipped with cone crusher, dust removal equipment and so on.
Working principle of stone production line:
Large stone via bin is evenly given into the jaw crusher for crushing by vibration feeder, coarse crushed stone is lift to counterattack crusher for further crushing by the belt conveyor; the stone finely crushed by a belt conveyor is transported to the vibration sieve for sieving, sieving out stones of different specifications, the stone that meets the size requirements is lifted to the finished material pile by the finished belt conveyor; Stones do not meet the size requirements returns to the counterattack crusher to be crushed again by a belt conveyor , forming a closed cycling. Finished product granularity can be combined and classified according to users' demands,it can be equipped with auxiliary dust removing device to protect environment.
