1. Introduction of dry grinding ball mill :
As with other ball mill, the water slag ball mill is a key equipment to grind the crushed materials,its cylinider body and grinding body are both made of special steel,and grinding materials are mainly slag,wear-resisting performance is good,operation is stable, working efficiency is high.Explosion proof ball mill is widely used in cement, silicate, new-type building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ore dressing of ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal, glass ceramics industry, etc,at the same time,it can grind various ores and other materials in dry type and wet type.
2. Structure of dry grinding ball mill :
dry grinding ball mill is a horizontal rotating device transmitted by the outer gear.It is a two-bin type ball mill,composed by feeding part, discharging part, rotation part and driving part (reducer, small driving gear, electric motor and electric control)and other major parts.The hollow shaft use steel casting, the lining can be replaced,rotary gearwheel made with casting gear hobbing for process, the cylinder body beset with wear-resisting backing board, has a good wear resistance.The operation of this ball mill is very stable and reliable.
3. Working principle of dry grinding ball mill :
The materials grinded by water slag ball mill are transferred to the grinding chamber of water slag ball mill through the quill shaft uniformly. There are ladder liner and ripple liner and different specifications of ceramic ball in the chamber. The centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings the ceramic ball to a certain height and impact and grind the materials. The powder materials are discharged through the discharging board thus the grinding process is finished.
4. Process flow of dry grinding ball mill :
First coarse crushed, separating out large particle slag, the following is fine crushed, deal with the slag which had separated out from large particle slag,broke the slag to below 10 mm,separate most of the slag in raw material.The one purpose is as far as possible to recycle the slag iron in slag, the second purpose is saving energy and reducing the production cost in subsequent slag processing. Because the smaller of the slag size and the lower the iron content, the lower energy consumption.
