Product Details
Straw baler machine consist of collecting material box, pressing box, discharging port, main press head, side press head, push package press head, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic valve, electric appliances and other spare parts.
Operation method:
Main cylinder transverse push press--side cylinder vertical direction press--push package press head push mass block to package bag. Each part return to original position and continue for the next working process. The whole process at one go, at the same times can switch to semi-automatic, manually. Improved packing efficiency greatly.

All the machine type adopt hydraulic driving, can select manually or PLC automatic control operation.
Discharging method have turning bag, pushing bag(side pusing and front pushing) or manual take package(packing) and other different methods.
Installation no need footbolts, at the place without power resource can adopt diesel engine as power.
Press force frome 63tons to 400 tons have ten grades for user to select. Production efficiency from 4ton/working shaft to 40tons/working shaft.
