Y81 series Hydraulic scrap metal baler

Y81 series hydraulic metal balers (baling machine/compressor) are mainly used in steel manufacture, recycling companies, ferrous & non-ferrous smelting industry to press metal scraps (steel, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, discarded automobiles) into required shapes (cuboid, cylinder, octagon etc.), so as to reduce the transportation cost, to increase the speed of fumace feeding and reduce the fumace loss.

•  Extrusion pressure from 63/600 tons has 10 levels ,production efficiency from 0.5 tons/hour to 15 tons /hour

  Charging box  size and  mass,sharp and size can be custom designed according to the material specification.
