Harsle supply press brake tooling including 30°and 60°upper press brake tooling,single V down tooling,Double V down tooling

The length of upper/lower tooling is 835mm. In order to bend different size sheet metal, it is being customized into below sections: 10+15+20+40+50+100+100+200+300=835

Machine tool upper tooling:

• Sharp blade: bending angle ≤ 30°, plate thickness ≤ 5mm
• Straight blade: bending angle ≥ 88° (If don’t have special requirement)
• Goose neck blade: bending angle ≥ 88°, need deep bending process

• Machine tool lower tooling:
  • Low tooling including single V and double V. The opening can be adjusted in the range of 4-80mm (that is V4, V6, V8… V40)
