Normally situation,when the compressor work, the compressor muffler is cold and wet.

Pls note following situations,

It will be frost outside when we put so much refrigerant.In the way,the current will rise up and make Compressor overload.

If you find the compresspr muffer is a little hot,it may be caused by the leakage of the refrigerant or the problem of compressor.
