3. Adopts NC control system to operate hydraulic forging and melting device. All technical data adjusted by digital signal, to set data exactly and easily.
4. Work process is controlled by PLC, include press out, relax, melting and forging ect. Also emergency alarm for water-short and air pressure-short, ect. Man-machine screen show all the data and adjustments.
5. Design with independent cooling system and centralized water-supply, to ensure transformer, electrode and clamp tools cool very well.
