INTRODUCTION:
The principle of ultrasonic cutting is completely different from the traditional sense of cutting. It uses the energy of ultrasonic, heating and melting part of the material, so as to achieve the goal of cutting material, which is the reason that ultrasonic does not require sharp edge and much pressure, and that it will not cause edge broken and damage of the material being cut.
At the same time, as the cutter is doing ultrasonic vibration, the friction is very small and the material being cut is not easy to stick to the blade, which is particularly effective to viscous and elastic material, frozen materials, such as food, rubber and so on, or to object can not be cut by pressure. Another great advantage of ultrasonic cutting is that there is fusion effect at the cutting parts when cutting the material, which means the part being cut is perfectly sealed, preveting loose of the material being cut(such as textile material flash). The use of ultrasonic cutting machine can be extentended, such as digging holes, shovel digging, scraping paint, sculpture, sub-section and so on.
Ultrasonic cutting machine is a kind of machine cutting material by using wave energy, whose biggest feature is cutting without edge, or we can call it without traditional sense of edge.
