What is HHO Flame Cutting Machine:
Oxyhydrogen Generator/Metal Cutting Machine consumes water and electricity, electrolyze water into H2 and O2, we can use H2 and O2 as source of flame replacing acetylene or natural gas or other fuel.

Features of Kingkar HHO Flame Cutting machine compared with acetylene propane etc. gas fuel:
1.Oxyhydrogen gas flame is concentrated. Preheating time is short in the same energy condition.This provides higher heat transfer rate, higher piercing speed and faster cutting.
The shorter piercing time and increased cutting speed provides a significant cost saving when compared with LPG fueled cutting.
2.The heat affected zone of oxy-hydrogen flame is small.
3.Oxyhydrogen Cutting is barely have hang slag, cutting section have a good vertical.

5.Lower heat stress
Steel plate when heated for the same time by both conventional and Hydrogen fueled flames shows the following heat distribution in the plate.
The high combustion speed of the Hydrogen flame reduces the flame area and concentrates the thermal energy.
This allows the high pressure oxygen passage to heat only the immediate area being cut, preventing excessive heat transfer to the surrounding area.
This reduces cooling time and distortion caused by excessive heat stress.
