1.Hydrogen Generator through Ammonia Decomposition
Liquid ammonia is used as source for hydrogen generator through ammonia decomposition is. The liquid ammonia is vaporized and heated by decomposition with catalyst into mixed gas containing 75% hydrogen and 25% nitrogen. our hydrogen generators have such advantages as compact structure, small coverage, low cost, simple operation, and less consumption, which can be combined with FC Series purifying equipment to get high purity protective gas.

2.Hydrogen Generator through Ammonia Decomposition with Purification Device
Liquid ammonia is used as source for hydrogen generator through ammonia decomposition is. The liquid ammonia is vaporized and heated by decomposition with catalyst into mixed gas containing 75% hydrogen and 25% nitrogen. Base on the principle that the molecular sieve adsorbs different ammonia and water at different temperature, high purity gas is produced by heat regenerating through working at normal temperature.

3.Nitrogen-Hydrogen Proportioning Device
Mix the nitrogen gas and hydrogen gas in proportion, and take part of the mixed gas as sample to test with hydrogen analyzer. The hydrogen content will be displayed in the analyzer, which will be transferred to the controller to compare with the set value, and then control the opening degree of hydrogen valve by PID adjuster, to achieve the set value of required hydrogen content.
