PSA Nitrogen Generator/Nitrogen Gas Generator
The whole system consists of air compressor (as power source), air purification system (to remove water, oil and impurity, etc), PSA nitrogen generator (to produce qualified nitrogen), air storage tank and nitrogen storage tank. The configuration of the whole system is advanced. The Introduction of each part is as follows:
1. Air Compressor (Customers can prepare it themselves)
Firstly, purified and steady air source is the raw material for generating nitrogen, which will be provided by air compressor and drying equipments.
2. Air Preprocessing
Air pretreatment system consists of high efficiency oil removal filter, buffer tank, refrigeration dryer and filters. The function of high efficiency oil removal filter and buffer tank is to remove liquid water and oil, to provide steady pressure of inlet air for nitrogen generator and to prolong the service life of air compressor. Refrigeration dryer and filters are equipped behind the buffer tank to make a further dry of the air source. Thus, purified and dry compressed air is gained before accessing into nitrogen generator.
3. PSA Nitrogen Generator
3.1 Principle of Work
The method of using carbon molecular sieve (CMS) as adsorbent to generate nitrogen is mainly based on the different diffusion ratio of oxygen and nitrogen. Because the diffusion ratio of oxygen on carbon molecular sieve surface is greater than nitrogen, oxygen is adsorbed first by CMS, while most nitrogen centers in the non-absorbable box.
CMS has the feature of increasing adsorption capacity of oxygen when pressurization, and decreasing adsorption capacity when depressurization. So, nitrogen generator uses PSA (Pressure Adsorption Swing) method with this feature to separate oxygen and nitrogen.
3.2 Structure of Equipment
PSA Nitrogen Generator consists of air pretreatment part, carbon molecular sieve (CMS) pressure swing adsorption (PSA) part, electronic control part and pneumatic valves. The entire working process would be controlled automatically by PLC, and oxygen meter would measure the oxygen in the nitrogen continuously.
3.3 Features of System
(1) Safe Filtration System
The three filters are Shanghai HUSHENG Technology precision filters.
(2) Advanced Filling Technique
Compaction mode of molecular sieve is the main technical feature of PSA nitrogen generator. ZR series PSA nitrogen generation equipment adopts ZHONGRUI compaction mode.
(3) Reliable Valve Control
ZR PSA nitrogen Generator adopts Germany original imported Pneumatic valve. The service life of the valves is more than 2 million times. It highly increases the system reliability.
(4) High-efficiency Carbon Molecular Sieve
ZR PSA nitrogen generator adopts Germany BF high efficiency molecular sieve which has strong adsorptive capacity. And its service life could be more than 10 years.
(5) Accurate Analysis Meter
ZR PSA nitrogen generation system adopts Hangzhou analyzer which has imported hyperxia detector to control nitrogen purity on-line. There is also automatic monitoring alarm on the displaying meter.
