The block/brick  making machine

The block machine is used of the sand , stone ,coal ash,coal cinder, mineral waste,expanded perlite and other building waste as the raw material to make the block .The block , hollow block and cement block made by the machine are not fired , which save the source and cost and also improve the Engineering speed . High hollow rate , good sound and heat preservation, warm in winter and cool in summer , widely raw material sources , easy technical processing ,low invest and high income.

The structure and feature 

1.The block machine is fixed, vibration type , mechanical mold releasing. Advanced technical design, widely applicable scope, adopting reducer , braking magnet crank arm around demoulding system . 

2.The machine has four upright pillar,accurate location, stable and balanced mold ,which improve the compactness of the block , little burrs and fine appearance .

3.Easy to change the mold and maintenance .
