Gold processing CIP plant covers many gold mining equipment, such as feeder, crusher, ball mill, classifier, vibrating screen, rocking bed, magnetic separator, mix tank, leaching and cyaniding equipment, and other mining machineries.
Description of gold processing plant
1. The first step of gold processing plant if the extracted ore should be crushed by jaw crusher initially. When it gets the reasonable fineness, it is transported into ball mill by elevating conveyer and feeder, and is milled by ball mill.
2. After milling, the next step is classify. If the weights of solid particles are different, the sedimentations will be different, and the mixed ore can be classified by screw classifier. The classified ore gets into magnetic separator. Since the specific magnetization coefficients of ores are different, the magnetic substance of mixed ore is separated from others with magnetic and mechanical force.
3. Before the adsorption of cyaniding pulp, remove the wood chips to avoid it adsorbs the gold and blocks the carbon screen.
4. Adding carbon in the leaching tank; The carbon absorbs gold becoming gold loaded carbon. After adsorption, carbon screen separates the carbon and pulp.
5. Desorption electrolysis, under high temperature and pressure, gold loaded carbon separates gold mud and carbon in closed system
6. Smelting. After simple pickling and impurity removal, the gold ingots are obtained. This is the aim of gold processing plant.
