1. What kind of bottle can our bottle blowing machine  make?

Our semi automatic bottle blowing machine makes PET and PP bottles, from 10ml to 20L.

It is a "2-step" method blow molding machine, also can be  named stretch blow molding machine.

2. What is electricity supply requirement?

Blower and Air dryer: 220V, single phase, 50/60Hz

Oven, Air compressor and Chiller: 380V, 3 phase, 50Hz

If your voltage is different from above, please let us know before place an order.

3. How long is the delivery time?

If customers order machines without mold, we can delivery in 10days.

If customers order machines with mold, we can delivery in 30days.

If customers have specials requirement such as like voltage and machine color. It will take over 5days.

4. How to install?

We will prepare general  manual books and installation diagrams for customers.

Customers can do installations easily, even though they do not have any experience.

Each machine and mold will be tested before we deliver.

Customers only need to prepare electricity and pneumatic connection.

5. What guarantee can we provide?

Free spare parts will be attached to each machine. It is adequate for one year's production. Also, we will send the new parts within 72 hours if there is any part is damaged.
