32PL spraying pump refers to the single-stage single-suction horizontal cantilever centrifugal pump, which is applied to both forward and backward direction with consistent performance parameters. Mainly used for the spraying cooling and lubrication of the sleeve barrel and piston of petroleum drill pump, it can also be used to convey clear water below 80℃ or sewage with less sand. When being matched with the petroleum drill pump, it is driven by belt pulley or directly connected with 4-pole motor in other places.

All the flow passage parts of 32PL spraying pump are made of pump spindle excellent carbon steel made of common cast iron HT20---40. The direction of pump discharge port can be rotated with 90° interval according to the user’s different installation requirements. The pump rotor is supported by rolling bearing which is installed inside the bracket box and used for oil lubrication. The radial force and axial force acted on axis are all born by the rolling bearing. The shaft seal is generally sealed by the soft padding of oil asbestos packing.

The pump is designed with two cut-waters which are symmetric and two passageways are formed in the water separation stage of the outlet so that the liquid is discharged from the corresponding passageway when the pump operates in the forward and backward directions. The impeller blades consist of two working surfaces which are symmetric and at least one of them works when it rotates in the forward or backward direction. Therefore, both the forward and backward directions can work when the pump works and the performance parameters can be consistent without the necessity to consider the pump rotation direction. It brings convenience to the pump maintenance and use. The pump structure has been applied to the national invention patent.
