Upper and lower plate has been heat treated, so it is firm and durable, relieve deformation of  orifice tension.

Flat, and bend is only need to change the die.

During bending, guide plate is fixed on a plywood mold. 

In order to make the the copper and aluminum row in the same plane while bending, 

and make the good surface flatness.

Single oil cylinder design, the tension spring reset, with single oil pump can work.
