Machine summary
The machine tool is used for the processing of all kinds of large and medium parts, basic parts, box. It can high-efficietly and high-precision finish the processing of procedures of the parts, such as milling , drilling , boring , tapping. It realized linear interpolation, helical interpolation, arc interpolation, arbitrary four axis linkage. When optional CNC rotary table , it increase greatly the processing range.

Structure and performance
1.Apply super high column and spindle box,Spindle box adopts enclosed box-type structure,high strength. Column adopts M type cloth reinforced with internal corners of reinforced structure which can guarantee great precision.
2.Between lower saddle and lathe bed transmit by gear and rack,high power,high torque.
3.It is equipped with platform inpendent lift operation .
4.The ram out automaticlly compensate with hydraulic balance system.
5.According to machine size ,HFBC16 series bed adopts four article heavy load linear rolling guides,large load capacity ,good rigidity.
High Performance
1.The machine adopts the design of speed changing box with high-mid.-low three level gear that spindle speed is 3-1600rpm.It can meet the requirement of different cutting speed and torque .
2.The travel of super-high column ,spindle box ,square ram,boring bar, that can meet high-precision and high-rigidity processing of all kinds of large , super-large parts.
3.Square ram with high quality ductile iron material and spindle bearing with heavy load and high-speed , make boring bar finish cutting with large torque and high-speed.
High Precision
1.Apply large specification ,high-precision linear rolling guide ,guarantee all axis flexible motion,good stability.
2.Apply the ebtirely closed-loop control with high-precision grating scale, positioning precision high.
3.Spindle box and square ram adopt hydraulic compensation accuracy, it gaurantee the requirement of high-precision when square ram out.
4.All axis adopt grating scale ebtirely closed-loop test system.
