FEATURES(AK-15M):

 

1. The CNC turning centers are semiclosed loop CNC machine tools suitable to turn various complicated shaft,sleeve and disklike workpiece such as turning of internal and external cylindrical, conical and other circumgyrationsurface as well as various metric, inch, modular and diametric pitch threads.

 

2. It can also be used for oil grooves and keyways broaching, end-facing, grooving and chamfering etc.

 

3. Besides turning applications, it can also be used to drill and mill for various complicated workpiece machining by its X/Z/C 3axis combined motion.

 

4. The unique construction developed using FEA techniques to provide maxmium stiffness under the heaviest cutting conditions.

 

5. The machining accuracy is about IT5~IT6, and the surface roughness is about Ra0.4μm for nonferrous metalcutting and Ra0.8μm for ferrous metala.
