Rotary Dryer Description:
Rotary rotary is also known as rotary drum dryer.Mainly composed of rotary body, lifting blade, driving device, supporting device and sealing ring and widely used in sawdust, wood chips, building materials, metallurgy, chemicals, industrial drying slag, cement limestone, coal, slag, clay.
Rotary Dryer Working Principle:
Materials are sent to hopper of rotary rotary by belt conveyor or bucket elevator, then enter the barrel installed with slope to horizontal line from the higher side, and hot air enters the barrel from the lower side, and then materials and hot air mix together. Materials go to thelower side by gravity when the barrel is rotating. Lifters on the inner side of barrel lift materials up and down in order to make materials and hot air mix completely, which is designed to improve the producing efficiency of rotary dryer.
Features:
1. The internal adopts assembled structure which has improved the accuracy of the equipment and it is easy to transport and install.
2. According to the characteristics of different fertilizers ,we have arranged the second granulation zone reasonably so as to improve the granulation effect .
3. Adopts assembled hoist board so as to exchange heat fully and lower the energy consumption
4. Temperature induction monitor ,uniform vibration and airproof setting , which improve performance and productivity efficiently
5. The assorted combustion furnace is a type of energy-efficient and has the characteristics of smaller area ,easy regulation and equipped with greenhouse
