Brief Introduction and Use of Gypsum Powder

CaSO4·2H2O ===Heat==⇒CaSO4·1/2H2O + 3/2H2O
The natural gypsum powder includes anhydrous gypsum and CaS04.2H2O, if you want to commercialize the gypsum powder, you should adopt the CaS04.2H2O, after removing part of water by heating, it will become CaS04.1/2 H20. CaS04.1/2 H20 is the final product which you can use it to produce gypsum board other gypsum product.

After calcining, CaSO4.1/2H2O is widely used in paper faced gypsum board and gypsum block and painting gypsum powder and model.Natural gypsum generally includes dehydrate gypsum and anhydrous gypsum. In order to get the valuable materials, generally, we get semi-hydrated gypsum through heating the dehydrate gypsum.

The calcined semi-hydrated gypsum can widely be used for plasterboard, decoration board, gypsum block, stucco gypsum, and molding gypsum etcContent of CaSO4·2H2O in gypsum mine > 80%. The grade of mine and the crystal configuration will influence the quality of semi-hydrated gypsum

I. Raymond Mill:

Pendulum type R pulverizers are used in pulverization-ductile ores,minerals,metal oxide,chemical synthetic materials and various kinds of non-inflammable and non-explosive materials, the hardness of which is below Mohs scale No.7 and the moisture of which is less than 6%.
To improve and enhance the performances of pendulum pulverizer, raise the fineness of finished products,reduce the ferrous content mixed during pulverizing,lower the labor strength and promote environmental protection, we are capacitated to supply the following products to supplement the pendulum pulverizer: Superfine separator, bag dust filter, iron removal device, quantitative, bagging weigher and bag-sewing conveyor. Newly turned outs as well are pendulum pulverizer with finished product fineness up to 600 mesh for which the separator has been improved, and the powerful pendulum pulverizer with annual output up to 6-25 tons per hour since the adoption of the pc control.

It is suitable for processing various non-flammable and non-explosive mineral materials with Moh's hardness less than 9.3 and humidity less than 6%. It is widely used in the fields of metallurgy, construction, chemical industry, mining, highway construction etc,. The granularity of the finished powder size can be adjusted between 30 and 425 mesh. Examples of processing materials include quartz, feldspar, barite, calcite carbonate, limestone, talc, ceramic, iron ore, carborundum, bauxite, rock phosphate, coal and other materials, about 400 kinds of materials in total.
