Application of flotation machine

 

Flotation machines can be used to separate non-ferrous metal, ferrous metal, noble metal, non-metallic mine, chemical material. It can be used in roughing, scavengingm selection or reverse flotation. In the flotation process, after being mixed with drug, some qualified mineral attaches on bubble, floats on the surface pf slurry and is scraped out, other mineral still stays in the slurry, so the separating purpose is finished.

 

 

Working principle of flotation machine:

 

The impeller is rotated by V-belt of motor and produces negative pressure by centrifugal function. Enough air is sucked to mix slurry mixes drug at the same time. Mineral sticks on bubble completely and floats on the surface of slurry to form mineralized bubble. Useful bubble is scraped out by adjusting flasheboard height and controlling liquid surface.
