Introduction of wood sawdust briquette carbonization furnace

This one set carbonization furnace including one main furnace,3 inner baskets and hoisting tools.

When the buyer download the raw material into the inner basket,they could use cages for loading.

After the carbonizing time for one inner basket is around 8-10 hours,we could take the inner basket out and let it cool,then put another inner basket inside.

After the temperature get around 300-330ºC,we could stop heating and it will produce gas,the gas will return main furnace by pipes,it will self-heating.

Raw material of wood sawdust briquette carbonization furnace

The raw material for carbonization furnace could be coconut shell, wood logs, wood briquettes, bamboo, macadamia nut shell, palm shell, faste waste,coconut shell,biomass waste,cashew shell,walnut shell,hazelnut shell,coffee husk and so on.

When carbonizing, there is no air get in, we could get high quality.

Q: When carbonizing, why is there no smoke and no pollution?

A: 1.At the beginning of carbonization, the smoke return to the water box.

    2. After carbonize about 40mins, it will produce the gas, the gas will return to main  furnace,it get burning.

    3. There has special pipe for dealing with tar oil.

Q:How long is the cooling time?

A:5-10 hours ( generally speaking , cooling time longer is better for the charcoal quality )

energy consumption: 60-70kg firewood or 15kg liquid gas per hour .This type will save 30% payment
