1. The mixer use European technology; big obliquity, strong screw flow, solid three- dimensional compulsory mixing, which will form well boiling layer and consequently achieve well-proportioned mixing during a short time.
2. Asphalt weighing and spraying device use high-speed flux asphalt pump to realize high-pressure shower spraying asphalt, making hot aggregate, filler and asphalt mixed more quickly, equably; shorten the mixing time and enhance the ourput.
3. Vibrating screen use whole airproof vibrating screen whose eccentricity shaft is placed above and its swing range can be regulated. This can realize convenient maintenance.
4. The hot aggregate elevator is with our patent structure( patent No.: 200520128222.8). This part is for double-row double-ear chains, guide sliding wearable material hopper elevating, composite discharging the material with reliable performance.
5.Cold aggregate supply system use Modularize design, convenient transportation and installation and can adjust cold aggregate feeding position; use frequency conversion timing motor for feeding, react sensitively; adjust feeding exactly;
