Our flat die pellet mill with three rollers high technical is totally from Germany ,which is China unique national patent. it can press 2-15mm diameter biomass fuel and fertilizer pellets from sawdust,agricultural stalk, rice husk, coffee husk, straw, peanut shell, sun flower,palm shell or fiber , animal excrement and so on.   

Standing from ring die and two rollers is that we invent three rollers, adding one more roller can make bearing enlarged, bearing more pressure and avoiding oil leakage. in this way,ring die and two rollers can not compare .with pressure increased, friction is reduced ,so machine life will be longer. besides, key parts are made by our CNC system , which is high precision and quality. so our pellet mill can ensure the pellets high density and pressing efficiency.

 Standing out from other supplier is that flat die pellet mill added automatic lubricated rollers ,gear and vertical shaft systems. the hydraulic pump can adjust the rollers and flat die pressure automatically. the technical is unique and more convenient to operate

For multiple machines or production line, it's better to loaded in standard container 20GP, 40GP, 40HQ, unually it needs wrapped with plasitc firstly, then loaded in container. 

we can offer EXW, FOB and CIF terms. 

EXW: You arrange the shipping details from our factory to your port by yourself. 

FOB: We arrange freight transport to Qingdao, Shanghai or other ports of China, then you arrange the shipping details from China port to your country port.

Normally, when the order value is below USD10,000, we accept the payment by T/T or Western Union or Cash, L/C will be accepted when the order value is over USD10,000. For T/T, the customer can choose 100% in advance or 30% in advance, and pay the 70% balance before shipment.

We will arrange the production and shipment as soon as possible when we received the deposit, and update the information with the customer on line.

 *Suitablity of motor?

As there are many volatage standards in different countries in the world, so the original motor equipped on the machine would not suitable to be used with the customer's local power supply, when this situation happend, please send us your exact information of the power supply available, then we can modify the motor accordingly.

For most of the machines, the quality is guaranteed for one year since the date of shipment expet wearing parts, we supply the on-line service for all the machines, and also supply the spare parts all the time with cost price, for some complicated machine or plant, we can send our engineer overseas too.
