Hot dipped galvanized steel

Float glass. (Single-layer or double-layer)

This type of glass is molded in the tin tank with the gas (H2, N2) and has high smoothness. And excellent light transmittance rate is more than 90%. In addition, it has better resistance and UV compartment capacity. And low thermal expansion and contraction coefficient. All the features decide that this kind of glass could last more than 20 years with good appearance.

 oughened (Tempered) Glass. (Single-layer)

Toughened or tempered glass is a type of safety glass processed by controlled thermal or chemical treatments to increase its strength compared with normal glass. When toughened glass broken,  it will crumble into small granular chunks instead of splintering into jagged shards. However, the light transmittance is nearly the same as normal FLOAT Glass.

 Scattering Glass (Single-layer)

Scatterings Glass is a kind of newly designed glass which is specially treated on the surface and structure and it can divide the direct light into smaller beams of light with different directions. It increases the light transmittance and uniformity in the greenhouse and decreases the shadow area of greenhouse structure effectively. The light transmittance of scattering glass is more than 97.5% and it can increase more than 15% production.

 Hollow Polycarbonate Sheet.(Double Layers or Three Layers)

Polycarbonate Sheet Features 

Weight: The weight of PC sheet is about one twelfth of the same thickness of glass

High impact strength: The impact strength is 80 times than that of same thickness of glass;

Transparent: Light transmission is around 80%, which can fulfill the growing need of plants;

Thermal insulation: Double or three layers of polycarbonate material make sure the good thermal insulation capacity of the greenhouse.

Inhibits condensation: Polycarbonate sheet can keep stable environment when temperature changes. And also excellent physical, mechanical, and electrical properties

 PEP Film (single layer, double layer, double layer inflated film)

PEP Long Life Film is tri-extruded by the anti-UV layer, anti-static layer and anti-dripping layer. It has the good quality of high light transmission, warm-keep, high light reflection, anti-dust, anti-dripping, anti-fog, insect-proof, long life and large size etc. The quality guarantee is 1 and half year, the life time could be at least 5 years under normal condition.

High heat preservation, and the surface is anti-dust treated

High light transmittances, which can increase the inside light, enhance the photosynthesis function, and then increase the growing density and yield of plants. The total light transmission rate is more than 90%

The film are anti-dripping, includes the high quantity of UV stabilizer,which make the film life more than 5 years.
