Weak mixing power 

Low air pressure

Check the reading of the pressure meter,and stable the working pressure to 0.49-0.7MPa

Air flow shortage

1.Check if the inlet pipe and inlet valve is leaking,blocking or flattening

2. Check the diameter of the inlet air pipe,the pipe link to the machine should be Φ8mm in diameter and shorter than 5m.the connected branch pipe should ≤Φ12mm.

Malfunction of the pneumatic motor

The pneumatic motor is the heart of the machine,its condition affect the mixing power straightly.

1.If the exhausting noise of the pneumatic motor raise,that indicate the vane is worn and need replace them.

2.The edge of inwall,front cover and back cover of the cylinder is worn and need replacement. 

Idle gear worn

Check the rotator,thread form of small internal gear ,idle gear and the wear and rotating condition of gear shaft,bearing in 2nd idle gear.replace if necessary

Difficult to start

The dirt and dust enter the pneumatic motor

The new machine was protected by rust proof oil when assembling,if dirt and chips from outside enter the machine,its may be sticked ,and cause the machine cannot be started and need clean.

Lack in air pressure or pressure changes greatly

1. Check the reading of the pressure meter stable the pressure within 0.5-0.7MPa

2.Malfunction may happen to filter and pressure regulator so need check them in time.

High water content of the compressed air.

1.Tear down the pipe link to the machine,and drain the water

2.Drain the water in water collector.

Lake of lubrication

1.Check if the oil drop from the atomized lubricator is enough.

2.Refuel 30# lube into the machine directly and idling for seconds then operating.

Improper assemble

The vanes can not be out posted in cylinder.wear the vanes thinner until its can slip freely in the groove

Damage to components

Damage to the vanes,bearing,cylinder,idle gear and rotator in pneumatic motor
