The DF series centrifugal fan is the form of impeller as follows: "leafy, forward direction, narrow wheel", it has a series characters of big flow zone, accelerate circulation of fluid flow in type, and when Convection cell strong pressure, it produces small eddy. It has advantages of large Air flow, high air pressure, low noise etc. It is widely used in the machinery industry of printing, packing, plastic, blueprint etc, it also can be used in every occasion, such as food, temperature-controlled and aeration.
The motor of this fan has passed

the national mandatory product certification (hereinafter referred to as CCC), and we own Chinese Country Compulsory Product Authentication Certificate, which is issued by China Quality Certification Center.

Principle:
Centrifugal fan consists of impeller, air inlet and spiral case. When impeller is rotating, air in the blade channel(composed of blades) will move outward under the effect of centrifugal force, then vacuum degree will be formed in the middle of impeller, the air is inhaled from air inlet shaft. The air turn 90 degree at the entrance of impeller, then flow into blade channel. Under the effect of blades, the fan gets kinetic energy and pressure energy. Air flow from blade channel flows into spiral case, after concentration and diversion, then exhausts from air outlet. Centrifugal fan increases the air pressure through the input mechanical energy, and exhausts air. It is impulse fluid machine.
