Our automatic electric iron pulverizer  driving motor drive movable cutting seat rotating high speed, and the plastic was cut by movable and fixed cutting tool under high speed, after grinding, the final plastic goes through filter

Processing range

This automatic electric iron pulverizer  can process foodstuff, Chinese medicine herb, wood, chemical material and low hardness mineral, PSB, Nylon, engineer plastic, PVC foam, injection noozle. After changing the filter plate and adjust the cutting tool span, it also can crush blown film, rolling film, slice plastic, sheet plastic.

(if crush mineral water bottle, it is better to choose machine’s crushing tank is big than 400MM, and 16mm, 20mm filter is better)

1.Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?

 A: Our factory is located in GuangZhou City, China. It's only 15 minutes from Canton Fair and 30 minutes from Guangzhou International airport by subway.Welcome to visit our factory and test our machine with your samples.

3. Q: How long is your guarantee?

   A:  One full year warranty from us starting from the day you got our goods.In most cases when item got problems we shall send you necessary parts for your own replacement so you needn't return the machine to us for repairing. And we shall provide online technical guide for you to replace the parts.

4. Q: Will you send engineers to install the plant and train our workers?

 A: yes, but at an extra cost payable by the customer. Or you can get local contractors to do the commissioning and we send one supervising engineer.

5. Q: What about the shipping cost?

 A: We have long cooperation relationship forwarder  and most competitive price in the market.

6. Q: How should I order? What payment method do you accept?

 A: Choose the products what you like, and send inquiry to us for more details (or you can call us, chat with us by online chat software such as TradeManager,Skype; Mobile chat software such as Whatsapp,Line,Viber,Wechat,etc.). After confirming all details and signing the contract, you can make a prepayment, then we produce machines after receiving prepayment. We deliver these machines by ship according to our agreement. We send the documents to you for picking out the machines when they arrive your country.

We accept payment by T/T generally, and also accept L/C,  Western Union, Moneygram.
