2017 High Quality  biomass pellet mill

Features of flat die biomass pellet mill:

1. Wide production range, we could get it to pellet from biomass we could find now such as wood chips,

pine, bamboo, peanut shell, rice husk and straw.

2. The density of the pellet could be 1100 kg/m³.

3. Ensure the max length of the biomass material is less than the diameter of the nib. For example,

the diameter of the nib is 6mm, the diameter of sawdust could not be longer than 6mm.

4. Make sure the moisture of the material is 10%-18%, different material, different moisture requirement.

 For example, pine has got more lignose and sugar, the moisture could be lower, opposite, the moisture should be higher.

5. Compression ratio of the nib. We have done more experiments to get the more suitable current die specification.

For general material, it should be the best , but we could adjust the compression ratio according to the material if the

 customer has got the low production.

Working principle:

The principal axis has been driven by the motor through the gear box, and then get the die moving. Press roller

will be revolved on its axis as the principal axis moving. The biomass material has been on the die through the feeder

 hopper . the die has been driven by principal axis , then press roller has extruded the material to the nib, the material

has been shaped up to the cylindrical pellet in the nib for certain time and would be cut by the slicer, then moved to

 the discharge hole.
