1.Q: How do I place an order?

A: You can send us email on alibaba directly, or call us at 86-755-89894425.

2.Q: Could your side do certain thickness according to customer's request?

A: Yes, our cards start from 0.01to 0.47inches in thickness, you can ask special thickness also.

3.Q: How long will it take to recieve my cards?

A: About 8~10working days from the time your order form andpayment is recieved.  Turnround time also vary depending on options and quantities of orders.

4.Q: Is there a minmum order?

A: The minmum order we do here is 200pcs, but if business can be flexible.

5.Q: what Profile format should I offer?

A: Please have your artwork in Illustrator format and all text outlined, we accept Adobe Illustrator(AI) profile, CorelDRAW(CDR) profile, and other vector EPS files, send along fonts files for those graphics.  At the meantime, please save all color photos and vector images as CMYK if the job is to be 4 color process. All color and gray scale photos need to be at 300dpi at the final size that they will be used in your document.
