(1) By International Express (door to door service): DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT or EMS.

(2) By air (sent to your destination airport)

(3) By sea (sent to your destination port, our Loading Port is Shenzhen or Guangzhou)

3.Payment terms

(1) We can accept for Paypal, Western Union, and T/T.

(2) Full prepaid for small orders.

(3) 50% deposit and the rest 50% before shipping for big quantity

Q- How to start my order and how to process my order?

A- 1) Pease email us your inquiries, or chat with us on trade manager

2) Price will be sent to you based on your request 

3) After order confirmed, Proforma Invoice will be sent to you

4) A photo of the sample will be sent to you for your confirmation before mass production 

5) Products will be sent out after you finish the rest of the payment 

Q-What is the format of the design should I send to you?

A- Please make the artwork design in vector format, such as ai, cdr, or pdf. and convert the text into out line. If you don’t have vector format file, jpg is also accepted.

Q-How many days can I get my products?

A- Normally within one week, it depends on which kind of the delivery express services you choose.

Following is the normal shipping time for your reference.
