Saw dust dryer structure:
Saw dust dryer adopts spiral conveyor and sends the powder particle wet saw dust to the dryer tube continuously. Among the deliver and disperse of high speed hot air current, the water in wet material evaporate, the powdery or graininess dried products is discharged. Saw dust dryer consists of air heater, feeder, flash drying, cyclone separator, and fan.
Saw dust dryer working principle:
Saw dust dryer consists of soaking furnace, feed port, and revolving drum, filter cartridge, material delivery pipe, cooling dome, and discharge port. The revolving drum locates at the driving roller which drives the revolving drum slowly by electric motor and speed reducing belt. There is feed port between soaking furnace and revolving drum. There is stir-fly blade in revolving drum. The dam-board is designed in the connection part of revolving drum and filter cartridge. A hole is made on the dam-board. One end of the filter cartridge is connected with revolving drum and the other end with the material delivery pipe. There is dam-board in the filter cartridge. The tapping hole is designed at the bottom of the filter cartridge. One end of the cooling dome is connected with the material delivery pipe by fan and the other end with the discharge port.
As the structure described above, the saw dust can be fully dried in the revolving drum and the saw dust disperse again before entering into the dryer. The water evaporates fast. The dam-board can stop the impurities in the saw dust to ensure the quality of the saw dust in the material delivery pipe. The combined action of fan and revolving drum makes the material boiling and fluidization in the barrel. The hot wind and the material contacts fully, and the material is dried. This model is of simple structure and easy opration.
Saw dust dryer application range:
Saw dust dryer is widely used in straw press cake fuel, charcoal machinery, saw-dust particle fuel, saw dust lock block, husbandry engineering industries, such as agriculture fiber material drying of cornstalk, soy bean stalk, cotton stalk, wheat straw, sorghum stalk, saw dust, wood shavings, saw dust, ginkgo leaf, and white mulberry leaf.
