1.Company Profile

Dongyue Machinery Group was built in 1994, and it has by now 6 subsidiaries. With registered capital of 200 RMB and total invested capital of over 1 billion RMB, Dongyue stays No.1 in terms of scale and sales volume in China. It has more than 30 workshops and over 1500 staff, and it occupies over 400 square meters of land. It has an annual production capacity of 500 sets of AAC plant line and more than 5000 sets of free-baking automatic block machines.

The pre-stressed fastening column system causes not distortion in press machine, guarantee size density of the product.

The best guidance of high and low cylinder guarantees the mould’s fine movement.

Electric oscillation material feeding device and the special designed material knife padding system ensure the raw material uniform distribution in mold cavity.

Dual-direction compressure guarantees:

a.  Products with a high degree of suppression of the uniform density distribution.
