5.Advantages of the Machine

1.Plate frame structure ;fixed molding frame

Compared with traditional four vertical nutjoined pressing machine ,the plate frame

 integral structure of the new machine is more solid and accurate and does not

 transform during operation ; due to the fixed molding frame , the friction between

 the molding frame core column and green bodies is minimized during molding the

 perforated brick, which greatly increases the molding rate and avoids the low 

efficiency of the traditional pressing machine.

2.Bi-directional pressing ;three- stage pressing and exhausting 

The up and down pressing procedure can be divided into 3 stages :pressing 

exhausting -the second pressing -exhausting the third pressing and keep pressing,which guarantees the highcompactness and evenness of green

 bodies. Compared with traditional methods ,this procedure can improve the 

compactness of bricks by 510%. As two forces pressing the green body from 

two directions at the same time ,the journey of lining plate reduces and it's service life is prolonged.

3.Product diversity 

All sizes of solid bricks ,porous blind hole brick, porous blind hole block ,energy-saving bricks can be produced just by changing grinding tools.
