2)Q: Can I choose the color of the product? How to  indicate my color?

A: Yes, you can choose your color. Generally,the minimum quantity is 1000 pcs per color without any extra cost. The standard way to indicate the  color is to provide  the pantone color number  or color sample.

3)Q: Can I print my logo on the product? What is the cost?

A: Yes,  logo printing is available. We are good at OEM.You just provide us the design of the logo. We will give you the suggestion of the size and the position. Generally, the cost of the logo is USD 0.015 per color.

4) Q: Are your products  eco-friendly?

A: Yes, all the raw material we use to produce is eco-friendly. All of our massager are non phthalate, they can pass the ceritificate such as REACH,EN-71(Part 1,2,3), CE ,ASTM and so on.

5) Q: Can I have some samples to check the quality? What is the cost?How to deliver?

A: Yes, we can provide you our existing samples in stock. Generally, the samples are free. But the freight is collect (paid by your side). We prefer to deliver the samples by the courier, such as Fedex,Dhl, Tnt, Ups and  so on. If  you have an account of the courier, please provide us. If not, please pay us the freight by T/T or Westerunion.

6) Q: What is the cost of making approval samples? What is the lead time?

A: Generally the cost of making approval samples is USD 50-500 per item. And the lead time is 7 -20days.
