1.Q-Could you supply sample before an purchase order?

  A-Yes ,of course we could supply you an sample. If the item is new for us, you will have to pay for the mould cost.

2.Q-What’s the delivery terms for making business with us?

   A-Usually we ship in FOB terms. However, the terms of CIF and CFR are acceptable which depend on the preference of clients.

3.Q-What’s the lead time after placing the order?

   A-Usually it takes about 45 days after we receive your confirmation.

       However, time could be negotiable depending on our product line schedule and the complication of the item.

4.Q-What’s the payment terms?

   A-30%T/T in advance,70%T/T in sight of copy of B/L

5.Q-Do you have minimum order request?

   A-Yes. As you know, when we purchase material from suppliers, they request us MOQ.
