2.Main structure and work process

This series of welded wire mesh machine is main include the automatic feeding device, pull mesh device, welding transformer and pressurized device, all of the device is installed on the frame of the machine, forming a strong enough, and intelligent main body.

1. Install

This series of welded wire mesh machine need not install with anchor bolt, only need to put on the ground of plant.

All of the debugging work will be done in the factory of manufacture.

2. Adjustment for the distance of wire

a. Loosen the bolt which controls the distance of wire on thread tube, and then arrange the distance by manual.

b. Tightening the screw with the correct way, and check the fastness for each wire.

c. The thread tube will influence the precision of mesh, and the distance will not average if adjust the screw in a wrong way.

3. Adjustment for the phase magnet

When the installing of phase magnet, it's better to use a ruler or thin line for straightening. The welding mesh will uneven if the magnets are not on the straight line.
