2,Working principle

Production motor through synchronous belt, drive after gear train, spindle drive shaft rotation to drive test to skateboard eccentric, while driving around shaking sieve gears plunger, top strike pat hammer blows test screen, make test sieve, points the material sample screen layer can be simultaneously accurate screening, get multiple materials, achieve particle segments accurately, rapid screening purpose.

3,Features

1.Accurate rotation, good consistency. 

  Since the gear rotates the  synchronous belt, with an accurate ratio of transmission it commonly won't course the off-speed phenomena of triangle belt( 3% off-speed rate in triangle belt), so that the screening motion is the same at each time(gear transmission ratio accuracy is 99.99%). While it installs a digital timer in the equipment, after setting the time, it will automatically shut down to ensure consistency of testing or producing. 

2.Long life, low maintenance cost. 

  The two gears donot fret for no direct contact with each other, and the contact efficiency of the synchronous belt and gear is good with long useful life, it just replace the synchronous belt when maintained. At the same time, the eccenter group adopted a integrated design process, thus the re-installation is accuracy and convenience. The rotating part uses bearing (standard parts),with tough fret, low cost, easy-to-replace, thus reduces the technical requirement and costs maintenance.

3.High screening efficiency. 

  This screening approach moves reciprocation and flapping vibration at the same time, so it won't block the sieve mesh. And the material flows fast, and screens completely.

4.Clean.

  Picking up the transmission mode with no need to refuel, it reduces maintenance costs and protects the environment, so it's beneficial to the clean production environment.
