1). Crushing the raw materials into size no bigger than 5mm. (wood, wood branch, 

      coconut shell, peanut shell, rice husk, sunflower husk).

2). Dry the crushed materials to 8-12%.

3). Pressing to raw material into briquette.

4). Make briquette carbonized in the carbonized oven.

5). The shape of briquette can be round, square, hexagonal. 

2. Application of the  High Capacity Wood Briquette Machine This machine can take sawdust, wood, rice husk, coconut shell & other woody material into briquette,

 which can be used in boiler, heating & warming.  After carbonization, the briquette will become charcoal,

 used in BBQ.
