DP Series Bottle Inverse Sterilizer 

  The sterilizer is made of SUS304 stainless steel and mainly used in fruit juiceor tea drink hot bottle line.

   It could overturn bottles(glass/PET bottle),which have been filled and sealed, to sterilize inside of bottle mouth and caps by high temperature drink in bottles.

  Chain conveyor overturns finished bottles from upright to horizon when sterilizing cap and bottle mouth. And the conveyor transfers bottles into cooling tunnel.

   The whole sterilizer is espeially used for one-off sterilization of liquid substanes such as milk, juice and drinks to make them last for a longer period through sterilization and cooling.

    In accordance with different requirement for heating, sterilization, heat preservation and cooling, the flow can be designed in combination, with various safety measures and high degree of automation for precise and stable control.
