1.Sawdust Dryer Introduction

Sawdust Dryer is widely used for drying materials in the industries of cemet, mine, contruction, chemical, food, compoud fertilizer, etc. Feeding and discharging unit is installed with thermocouple to control drier temperature. The temperature

change of drier's feeding end can be indicated by the thermometer to control the inner drier temperature ( generally

250-350°C).

We can supply two types of dryer:rotary drying machine and hot airflow dryer.

Rotary sawdust dryer

Rotary type dryer shows the features of perfect drying effect, easy operation, high efficiency and easy control of drying. It takes advantage of the stability of roller and homogeneity of air. This equipment makes the combination of roller and pipes which increase the drying strength and reduce the manual power. This is the ideal equipment for drying raw materials with high humility.

Hot airflow sawdust dryer

1.Hot airflow sawdust dryer is our newly developed and advanced drying equipment which also called pipleline dryer.

2. This hot airflow sawdust dryer adopts twice cieculate heating system.

3. This hot airflow sawdust dryer shows the features of automatic feeding, complete mix of air and materials, strong drying strength, lower dust and bigger drying capacity.

4.Moisture in the raw mateials of less than 40% can be drying one time to meet the requirement for coal bar production, which greatly reduced the labor intensity compared with commonly used drier.

2.Sawdust Dryer Working Principle

The damp/wet fiber raw material like sawdust from sawdust crusher or after crushing wood particle through the material feeder conveyer to the drying pipe .and flue gas or heated fresh air enter into the drier at the same time.They are mixed fully.

The damp sawdust are passing the drying pipe .Then the wet moisture will be separated from the material . The dried finished products discharged from cyclone separator, the whole system could be operated at Negtive pressure air pressure of the fan .our special design could have excellent drying result.
