Expanded Metal Mesh

1.Material:
Aluminium expanded metal, thin low carbon steel expanded metal, stainless expanded metal, brass expanded metal, Al-Mg alloy, nickel expanded metal, titanium expanded metal

2.Opening hole shape:
Rhombus, square, round, triangle and scale-like opening.

3.Processing:

Each sheet is expanded in the regular form and then passed through a cold rolled reducing mill. In this process the length of the sheet is elongated - usually about 5% - but the width of the sheet remains the same. The sheet is then sent through a leveler to maintain its flatness.

6.Uses:

3)Heavy expanded metal can be used as step mesh of oil tanks, working platform, corridor and walking road for heavy model equipment, boiler, petroleum and mine well, automobile vehicles, big ships. Also serve as reinforcing bar in construction, railway and bridges.
