Application object: The machine is widely used in school, hospital, small and medium printing enterprises. It is specially used to printing single color, simple Multi- colors overprinting printing goods. NP unit with on-line numbering and perforation facility, it suitable for invoices, lotteries, documents etc. ideal press for commercial printing.

Paper used: Weight 28-250g/sqm typing paper, newspaper, offset paper, Kraft paper, coated paper, NCR paper, adhesive sticker and non-woven fabrics etc.

Pneumatic control system:

1. The pressure between plate cylinder, impression cylinder and blanket cylinder are controlled by pneumatic device, compared with traditional, electromagnet rod structure, the pressure more stable, and dot clear, reducibility is better.

2. Dial code is controlled by pneumatic device, especially the NCR skipping printing faster response and less error-prone.

3. Pneumatic device control vertical and horizontal perforating knife. Can choose amount of perforating sheets at will, the pressure is more stable.

1. Easy operation:Touch screen operation, adopt pneumatic components automatically ink supply, dampening, impressing, numbering and perforating. The impression cylinder is controlled by photoelectric sensor accurately and reliably.

2. Accurate orientation: Feeding table with adjustable device; front lay and bearing type pull side lay with micro adjustment without stopping work.

Each numbering mount can install 7 horizontal numbering boxes, cylinder shaft can install 7 mount rings, maximum 49 numbering boxes; for vertical numbering box, each numbering mount can install 5 numbering boxes, maximum 35 numbering boxes.

Horizontal and vertical Perforation: distance between two perforation wheels is 2.73mm; distance between two perforation lines is 2.13mm.

Resin plate printing: cylinder type: 90*345mm; partial head type: 30*40mm
