netting is also called gabion mesh.It is made from high grade low carbon steel iron wire, heavy 

zinc coated wire, PVC coated wire though twisting and braiding by machine.

Surface treatment

It can be hot-dipped galvanized, or PVC coated, etc.PVC coated hexagonal wire mesh is green, white, grey

or other colors; enameled hexagonal wire mesh is green.
