Inflatable Rubber Fender:
1.absorbs greater impact
2.less reverse impact on the ships
3.easy installation
4.more elasticity
Brief introduction:
Rubber fender is an internationally popular anti-collision buffer product for ship. It uses compressed air as buffer medium to soften the ship's collision with dock or another ship. Compared with normal spring rubber fenders (such as used tyre fender and solid core rubber fender), it has advantages of large shocking energy absorption, low unit area pressure reacting on ship, excellent impact-fatigue resistance, simple and easy installation and so on. It is widely used on large oil tankers, liquefied gas carriers, ocean platforms, large docks, sea submersible wharfs, etc.
GB/T 21482-2008 of rubber fenders :
National standard GB/T 21482-2008 Marine and ship technology - rubber fenders was drafted by CIMT Airbag Container Factory and Chinese Shipbuilding Industry Comprehensive Technological Economy Research Institute. The standard was issued on March 3rd, 2008 and implemented on September 1st, 2008. The standard mainly stipulates materials, size, technological requirements, test method, inspection rules and marks of marine pneumatic rubber fender.

Notes:1. EG represents the guaranteed energy absorption at 60% deflection
2. The weight here is the bare body weight without protective net. It may vary ±10%
3. The reaction force R are measured at 60% deflection, its tolerance fo reaction force follows:
Reaction force: ±10%; deflection: ±5%
4. Each reaction force and energy absorption are measured under static condition.
5. Special size are available upon request.
