Products profile: This two roller continuous rolling mill is used for continuous cold rolling of copper rods.The rolls of this mill adopt short cantilever support and can be quickly replaced.The transmission system and bearings are lubricated by pressure oil,copper rods are cooled by emulsion,and it is assured that lubricating oil and cooling emulsion are completely separated.This equipment is reliable and low on maintenance cost. The line is composed of main motor, reducer box, rolling mechanism frames, thin-oil lubrication system, emulsion system, and take-up unit.

Four-roller rolling mill:

Products profile:1.This four cold rolling mill consists of main motor, decelerator, double helical gear seat, universal joint spindle, bracket, operating machine seat, electrical pressing machine, left and right coiling machine, hydraulic station and DC electric control.

2.The material of support roll is 9Cr2Mo.

3.The bearing seat is equipped with roll exchange device.

4.This machine uses support roll drive, with large frame rigidity. The roll uses the bearing exclusive for rolling mill. The pressing wheel uses the secondary envelope surface, with large pressure. This machine includes reversing or non-reversing one, and it is applicable to the medium and fine rolling. It is the ideal equipment for rolling ordinary carbon steel, alloy, stainless steel, copper and aluminum.
