1 CAD aided design,  CAD is applied to drawings, 3D modeling and fixture design of internal products, Besides, we can also provide clients with extensions design. The production process adopts the automatic programming software for accurate calculation of machining path, and analyzes the process of a variety of factors, including cutting force, cutting heat, etc, according to the most reasonable processing process, to ensure product quality, stability and efficiency.

2 Finite Element Analysis(FEA), Simulation: FEA is used to design products, implement stress analysis, fatigue analysis, stress concentration, creep analysis. Consequently, the feasibility of the product design program is controlled at the design stage

3: Mold Design, Analysis:We design products and check stamping mould (cutting force, tensile force, template size) and convert them into 2D drawings for processing.  through the professional mould design software. Plastic mould, rubber mold, fluid analysis, temperature analysis torefrain material from shrinkage, creep down, become warped.

4. Program Design:The internal process is edited with the help of software to generate processing program automatically. Our company also produced a cutting analysis software to analyze cutting force, cutting heat, process performance and choose a reasonable tool against deformation of products during the cutting process. The optimized programs are transmited to terminal through the net between internal equipment and computer. As a result,  we successfully shorten the processing time, improve the work efficiency and processing precision.
