This kind of filter can be used in hydraulic system for oil return fine filtration, and can keep the oil back to tank clean.
This filter can be installed on the cover of the tank and the filter bowl is immersed in the oil tank,
the direct return oil is adopted, it is more convenient to replace the filter element.
Filter basic construction
This return filter consists of filter cover and filter bowl,equipped with bypass valve,diffuser,clogging indicator etc device.

Note: 1)The inlet flange plate, connecting screw and seals etc. accessories, which can be provided by us, the user only needs to prepare φQ tube for the welding.
2) 2-m is the screw hole with M18×1.5 ,which can be used for installing the indicator in each side or as the small oil returning hole and equipped with plug.

♦Testing center also has the developed equiment for filter performance testing, which can make the
comprehensive examination for filter element/cartridge performance. These can insure that company’s filter
with high capacity, long life, high reliable in full compliance with our customer's requirement.
♦The testing centre can take 7 tests of hydraulic filter performance evaluation, they are as follows:
ISO 2941 Verification of collapse/burst resistance
ISO 2942 Verification of fabrication integrity and determination of the first bubble point
ISO 2943 Verification of material compatibility with fluids
ISO 3723 Method for end load testing
ISO 3724 Verification of flow fatigue characteristics
ISO 3968 Evaluation of pressure drop versus flow characteristics
